My wife and I had a very enjoyable two weeks at the Grand Mayan Riviera Maya. Everyone at the Grand Mayan were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was great as well as the poolside restaurant. We really enjoyed all the activities and sites in the area. John and Linda were wonderful to deal with in booking our stay.

Grand Mayan in Playa del Carmen area was excellent. No problems with the water, great food, biggest pool we have ever seen, excellent staff and the rental is a great price compared to a hotel. Will be going back. Place is big, but does not seem crowded, very limited waits and lots of choices. MayanRental is super efficient and there are no problems renting from them. Top shelf people all the way and I am super picky and a snob!

John was able to book us a unit at Mayan Palace for Dec 2010 Christmas week when our previous Christmas vacation plans fell apart. We were skeptical at first but turned out to be the BEST vacation of our life and the most luxurious resort we have ever stayed at. Our children were highly impressed too. They loved the pool at Mayan Palace and the beach is great for surfing. We rode horses in the sand. Staff was excellent, location heaven on earth.
